Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your consultation with us. Please take note of the following terms: 💳 Payment Policy All payments are non-refundable. Your consultation slot is only confirmed once full payment is received. 🔄 Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your consultation to a later date. Rescheduling can be done by contacting us via WhatsApp at +673 8161373 or DM on Instagram @lifeasarbanah or @arbanahstyles. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations are not eligible for a refund, regardless of reason. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the session will be considered forfeited. 🕒 Late Arrival Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time. If you miss the session entirely without notice, it will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be granted. 🔒 Confidentiality Policy All personal information and details shared during your consultation are strictly confidential. Your privacy is a priority, and no information will be disclosed without your explicit consent. Acknowledgement ✅ I understand that my consultation session is a paid professional service conducted by a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, focused on pumping, flange sizing, and/or milk supply support. ✅ I understand that this consultation is designed to provide evidence-based education and personalised guidance, and it does not replace medical advice or diagnosis. I am encouraged to consult my healthcare provider for medical concerns beyond the scope of this session. ✅ I agree that all information shared during the consultation is confidential and will not be disclosed without my consent. ✅ I acknowledge that recording, screenshotting, or sharing any part of the session (audio, video, or written materials) without written permission is strictly prohibited. ✅ I understand that payment confirms my booking, and all bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the session. ✅ I agree to follow the consultant’s instructions and acknowledge that results may vary depending on individual circumstances, consistency, and medical conditions. ✅ I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
